I remixed this from another model to fix bad tolerances and to avoid needing glue to hold everything together. Feel free to use glue if your printer or slicer handles the files differently.

Some of the parts might be a bit of a tight fit at first, so check to see if there is any roughness from support material or if some of the sides are wider due to elephant footing.

If you can't get the guts to fit, make the head and feet bigger instead of making the guts smaller. If you make the guts smaller, the hole in the middle of the guts will also shrink so you will have to shrink the bone as well.

The head rests loosely on the body because I wanted the model to fall apart (die) when knocked over.

I recommend printing the head and legs with the waist facing down and using supports for the inner areas as well as around the visor ridge and peg hole. The visor itself will need supports as well. Relative to the rest of the model, the supports will be small and won't add much time.
