Amphibious

The model has been tested for all load cases in ANSYS and design iterations were altered based on results. The bolt holes were fully constrained in all directions for the static analysis. The part is below yield strength as Ti 6Al-4V for all cases. There are two hollowed webs with holes to allow powder exit. No wall thickness is below 50 mils. A fine mesh density must be generated for accurate results due to the fluid design. Weight Reduction- 83.67%
