TDA7498E case for a cool amplifier
*** If you want to run this amp in mono like me you need to short the 4 BTL connections on the back of the board. Solder the J1,J2,J3 and J4 connections with a small wire.***
Features:
Amplifier chip: original TDA7498E
Output power: 160W+160W (Vcc = 36 V, RL = 4Ω, THD: 10%)
Output power: 1x220W single channel in parallel BTL(Vcc = 36 V, RL = 3Ω, THD: 10%)
Support BTL mode (short J1, J2, J3, J4 located on the back of amplifier board)
Wide range single power supply: 15-36VDC, with input reversed polarity protection (if speaker's real power is large enough, the recommended DC power supply is 32V, 8A or more. Too small power would cause distortion or staccato to lose the shock effect)
Applicable speaker impedance: 4 ohm, 6 ohm, 8 ohm
Cooling: temperature controlled forced air cooling(the fan will automatically work to force cooling when the heat sink temperature is hot enough)
Four fixed gain settings available: 29.6 dB, 33.1 dB, 35.6 dB and
