AMPS to pop socket mount

This design allows attaching Meerkat_Suricata pop socket holder to an AMPS compatible mount using 4 x M4 x 8mm bolts. I used E6000 to glue the part I designed to the original part.

* 05/27/24 Added a plate with M5 holes; supports 4 x M5 x 8mm bolts
