AMS Binder Divider with Customizable Label

How to Use This AMS-Optimized Folder DividerThis model is based on the original design by @LosAlligator and allows you to print a multi-color AMS folder divider with a customizable label. Follow these steps to ensure correct printing with Bambu Lab’s AMS system:Customize and GenerateAdjust the divider’s parameters as needed (size, text, spacing, etc.).Generate the model in OpenSCAD.Export as 3MF (Important!)Save the model as a 3MF file (not STL) to preserve separate objects for AMS.Open the 3MF file in Bambu Studio.Slice the PlateOnce loaded in Bambu Studio, slice the print plate as usual.Print Plate & Choose ColorsClick on Print Plate and assign different colors/materials to the divider and text separately.Start the print and let AMS handle the filament switching automatically.
