AMS Lid Standoff/Riser

After printing and using these AMS cardboard adapters, I found out that using them makes the AMS lid unable to close all the way without using some amount of force. In turn, this was stopping the spools from rotating freely. This simple standoff/riser attempts to alleviate that by lifting the edge of the lid up 5mm. Print two of them and place them on either corner where the AMS lid meets the base.
