AMS Lite spool holder

I needed a solution to stop spools drop from the AMS Lite spool holders, while printing, from the vibrations. Had this issue after using some adapters, to be able to fit a Bambu refill on the Sunlu spool holders. So I designed this :D. There are 2 versions of the screw:first one, as a capthe second one only the screw + a flat surface to be able to glue it on the AMS Lite spool holder cap (I already had printed some AMS Lite style spool holders created by @zjoycelee - https://makerworld.com/en/models/996580, but had the pieces glued, and I wasn't able to remove the cap)Tested in PLA and worked well - I'm using them for a couple of months.
