AMS Riser V2 tool holder

I couldn't find a tool holder for the AMS Riser V2 that held the tools I wanted or had all the features I wanted. Here's my own solution to that. I tried to make it fairly universal with things like the caliper holder. It should hold a Harbor Freight, General, or Mitutoyo caliper. The model is designed to be printed entirely without supports.
