AMS2 Spool Size Gauge

Fed up of measuring new spools to check if the size is withing the range specified for the AMS2?Non-compliant spools can cause issues during use including rubbing on/lifting the AMS lid, filament spooling into the AMS interior.This simple gauge checks both the diameter and width for compliance, one edge of the gauge is for checking the diameter, the other for checking the width.A compliant spool must fit in the outermost slot but NOT in the innermost slot.Optionally 10mm diameter, 1mm thick magnets may be pressed and glued into recesses on the rear of the gauge to allow storage against a metal surface. Included photos show the checking of a compliant and non compliant spools.
