an ok kazoo

I know there are better kazoos on Thingiverse, but I just wanted to make one so I can practice using fusion. To make it work, place the main ring into the hole in the body of the kazoo, place a piece of parchment paper over the main ring that covers it completely, then fit the securing ring over the parchment paper to secure it to the main ring.
