Hello everybody !
This is yet another design for helping people to prevent from spreading of COVID-19 disease. This mask will protect others as well as you.
This design is based on affordable anesthesia mask. You need to 3d print:
1. Filter
2. Front Strap holder
3. Back Strap holder
Vitamins:
1. Anesthesia mask
2. HEPA vacuum cleaner bag
3. Rubber band
4. Textile rubber
In order to make a filter, you need HEPA vacuum cleaner bag, and a rubber band.
Cover the printed filter with a cut to shape piece of HEPA vacuum cleaner bag and use rubber band. Put the front strap holder and filter together with anesthesia mask. Combine textile rubber with front and back strap holders - see pictures. The fit is tight, so use a cup of hot water to soften mask rubber.
Now you have a reusable and a safe mask.
Do not exceed 30 minutes time of using the filter. After this amount of time use new HEPA vacuum cleaner bag piece to cover up the filter.
Thank you !
