Anet A8 3D-Touch Mount

It was remixed because I prefer to put the BLTouch near my nozzle for a better calibration and also make the filament tube easier to access.


This remix is to respect the BLTouch's manual and cover the extruder gear.

BLTouch's manual request:
- 15mm distance from the heatblock
- 8.3mm above the nozlle


M280 P0 S10 ; pushes the pin down
M280 P0 S90 ; pulls the pin up
