New and Improved (Jun 2020):
After many months of faithful service, the bed mount is finally starting to sag. This allows the chain to collide with the frame. I recommend replacing it with the right side mount. I have re-enforced the bed mount against this, and oriented it up so that collisions are no longer an issue.
This design allows you to route the wires along the back instead of under the bed. if you start printing in ABS as i did, you can start cooking the wires.
Also, i have designed a ultra light variant of the original cable chain. You can find it here.

If is designed to be ultra precise and tight fitting so that the chain cannot flop around.
So far, testing looks good. The bed mount, chain and stock connector have proper clearance. Though, i will soon hard wire the power to the heat bed so i can run the heat bed safely at higher temps.
Update:
I've uploaded some new prototypes for you to play with. The new parts
