Anet A8 Extruder Button / Knob

I was not satisfied with the extruder button I was using on my Anet A8 and decided to create a new one.

This design fits perfectly into the A8 extruder using the same original screw and nut that comes with the printer.

It is more comfortable to the finger and easier to squeeze.

I created two versions, one with the 3D logo and one without the logo.

To assemble, remove the original bolt and insert into the top of the knob and place the nut into place on the part. Turn the screw until its tip begins to pop out of the part, then position the screw on the extruder and continue tightening until it snaps into place.
