Anet A8 Front Support Struts

No Nuts Front Support Struts for the Anet A8.

Frightened to touch your display while printing for fear of lifting your head 3mm off the print? Me too! and I've been meaning to do something about the instability of the front of the A8 for a while and photoberto posted a great solution here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2351450.

I've modified it so that it takes up a little less space and does not require any nuts as the 6mm bar threads into the print itself.

I've also opened up the threads a little on the files posted here as the threaded bar needed some persuading to get it into the holes on my first attempt. I've also removed some gaps.
