Anet A8 - Illumination

Illumination of the working area for the Anet A8 printer. Print out the holder and stick on 15 centimeters of LED strip using double-sided tape. Degrease the surface of the holder with alcohol beforehand.

The LED strip holder is secured with two M3 screws under the display in the same holes that hold the display.

It is advisable to mark an aluminum radiator between the LED strip and the holder to reduce heating. Or, you can reduce the supply current by connecting a resistor. I didn’t have neither a heatsink nor a suitable resistor, so I stuck the LED strip onto metal tape.
