ANET A8 SD holder relocation

With the use of a SD to Micro SD Card Extender, you can relocate the micro-sd card to somewhere more convenient. I screwed it in place with the existing frame screws and then put one very small dab of super glue on the back side to hold it in place better. Then you tear the extender case apart and put the curciuit board in the new printed part, fold the cable over to come out of the bottom of the print, then use more very small dabs of super glue to hold the lid in place. I have included the Google Sketchup file, if you want to edit this one and make it better.
I believe all of the SD to Micro SD card extenders are the same on ebay, but be sure to search for "SD to Micro SD card extenders 62 25" You will need the longer one (62mm or 25in) to be able to mount it on the bottom right side. And this will set you back less than $5, but it is soooooo worth it.
