This is my version that workes perfect for me. With this sensor mount you do not need to remove or touch the sensor for filament change.
Use supports if you bridging isnt perfect.
NOTE, the lower hole is not perfectly aligned. Use a dremel or file to fix this.
I will upload a fixed version when i have the time.
