I really liked Soeren_Stobbe's design but the bearings weren't held well enough in my print, and I didn't want to use glue, so I redesigned it a little to make it grip the bearings better.
1. Added crush ribs to bearing features
2. Added support/guide for side plate. Both the stud and pocket have a taper to help with assembly.
3. Added a replacement side plate that should work with the Soeren_Stobbe's original design. I have not tested this part.
You can squeeze the two pieces onto the bearings with your hands but its tough. I used a vise but pliers or even lightly tapping with a hammer would work as well.
