Anet A8 support for Orange Pi Zero Plus

Simple holder to attach an Orange Pi Zero Plus board just above the PSU of the Anet A8.
To mount the holder:
- 3 screws M3 x 12mm countersink head
- 1 screw M3 x 20mm round head
- 4 M3 nuts
**Note**
The antenna support is still missing, I'm working on it.
