Jig for easy, fast, exact and simetric setting of booth Z axe shafts. I design this tool for my Anet A8 E3D V6 mod. with not original X carriages. My closes higher distance in Z axe home position between X carriage and Z motor holder is 46mm. I prepare more sizes for different types of extrudes, jets and configurations so select your preferred one and print it.
Setting procedure:
1) All axes home positions
2) Disable steppers
3) Manually move extruder to the center position
4) Put jig between X axe carriage and steper motor holder on left side. Manually set to contact with jig by manually turning with lead shaft.
5) Put jig between X axe carriage and steper motor holder on right side. Manually set to contact with jig by manually turning with lead shaft.
6) Repeat step 4
7) Repeate step 5
8) Place the jig to the space betwwen left or right stepper motor and frame.
Finish

Layer height: 0.2mm
