ANET E12 Filament Guide

I saw a bunch of CR-10 and Ender 3 filament guides, but none for an ANET E12. Make sure the top of the nut is horizontal or the guide will not slide into place. I made size adjustments to the insert for the bearing so the M4 x 16mm screw does not get stuck during assembly. I used a bearing out of a fidget spinner.
