Angle Gauge

An » Angle Measuring Device « with a measuring range from 10° up to 170° and a scale division of 1°. For an adjustment of the angle and the position on the guide rail, a manual adjustment is possible. The guide rail and the angle plate are hardened. The angle plate is satin chrome plated, for a glare-free and accurate reading of the measured values. Notes: All metrical threads (M3) are really modeled, but with theoretical values and therefore without any clearance. The neutral length of the compression spring is 8.5 mm. The threaded bolt and the slotted screw should be fixed with the inner threads of both guiding components, by an inextricable bond, such as laser welding, hard soldering or other proper processes. The assembling of the guiding component with the threaded bolt and the knurled nut is a little bit tricky, but possible.
