Angle Grinder Guard 110mm

Designed a guard for my old Black and Decker 100mm Angle Grinder. Can fit blades up to 115mm in diameter, as well as quick release clamp nuts.
My grinder has an upgrade from M4 thread to M10, therefore the spacing between the bracket and the guard is a little greater.
This included .stl has been lowered to fit without a thread increaser on it.

Bracket ring has 5 notches to allow guard to fit at multiple angles, ring size is made to fit 42mm guard mounts.
one 25mm x M5 bolt is required to tighten bracket to grinder as shown.

This should fit on any grinder with a 42mm guard mount and blades up to 115mm.


Printing:

Supports - Yes, minimal is fine
Infill - 20 percent. Can really increase this as high as you would like.
Resolution - 0.16.
0.2 will also be fine
