Angled mask ear relief strap

Design 3b2 changes: Added holes to allow for the elastic to wrap around and through. Also changed the angle from 10 to 15 degrees. Adjusted some of the width and length settings.

A lot of other designs had an angle at each end that works better as the strap wraps around the head. I noticed when wearing the original straps with my homemade mask, that I had to wear the adapter at my neck, and the straps across my ears. I remixed the file to include a 10 degree angle at the end. I've also been printing the originals at .75mm thickness, so I extruded this to that thickness as well.
