A modified 3x Raspberry Pi 1U 10 inch Rack Mount, specifically designed so you don't HAVE to use a POE hat in order to power each one, while maintaning that you can still "hot swap" each Pi.
You'll need 4x M3x6 (or longer) screws for the ears, and I think M2.5x4 would work best for mounting the Pis to the trays, although I haven't been able to test it. I just used ATX Motherboard mounting screws (wouldn't recommend).
