I designed this wing mech to use for a 5ft skeleton animated Halloween prop. The bracket is held onto the skeleton using zip-ties. All pivot holes are sizes for ¼" - 20 screws. Washers and Locktite are a must for this. The dowel holes are sized for 3/8". Short dowels are 6 ½" long. Long dowels can be any length. Dowels can be pinned in place by drilling 5/32" holes through the dowels (using the mounts as a drill guide) and running printer filament through and melting the ends to form rivets. A rope or ropes are knotted through the holes in the main pivots. In my case, I used a single rope looped around the motor arm. The wings are opened when pulling the rope(s) downward, and close when released.UPDATE: As suggested, I added stronger angle joints in the STLs.And I added full-length angle joints, which are about 315mm long.
