Animatronic Halloween Crow

Remixed and reworked Animatronic Halloween Crow by andymcculloch and Doctor_JohnSmith, which are themselves remixes from danman who remixed the original model by YahooJAPAN.

Currently in development: ESP version with ESPHome/Home Assistant control and configuration.

1/2026 modifications
* Changed magnet mounts to glue-in (10x3mm) for better attachment and easier printing
* Reversed and improved feet-to-leg mount pins for stronger and more accurate installation
* Added drainage routes for water infiltration (recommend a waterproof speaker cone for outdoor/wet conditions)
* Slightly enlarged insert holes to reduce push-through
* Added a glue-in Mini-PIR mount with 8006 Fresnel lens (black)
* Software now supports button mode ("Try Me") via sensor pins

10/2025 modifications
* Combined andymcculloch's head/stepper design with Doctor_JohnSmith's tail
