This is a three degree of freedom neck mechanism.
It does require some stock 8mm and 6mm aluminum rod for strength. It also requires a typical RC model universal joint, but I've not specified a part number as they vary a lot and will probably need some adapting to fit the neck shaft and swash plate.
The length of the support shaft and neck shaft can be adjusted according to your own needs.
Parts listed below are for my personal build. I drilled and tapped M3 threads into the aluminum parts, but self tapping screws would probably (untested) work.
90mm x 8mm aluminum tube/rod.(Neck Top Bearing Plate support rod)
180mm x 6mm aluminum rod. (Neck shaft)
2 x 180mm steel push rod wires and fittings.
1 x 6801-2RS 12x21x5mm lower bearing.
1 x 696ZZ 6x15x5mm upper bearing.
4 x M3 x 20mm bolts for the Neck Btm Bearing Plate.
2 x M3 x 12mm bolts or self tapping screws to secure the the upper and lower bearing plates to the 8mm aluminum rod.
3 x M3 x 10mm bolts or self tapping s
