Update: See http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1722394 for a version that'll go on a co-ordinating 3D Printed wall plate.
I've got a pile of devices that need charging, and a couple of USB power supplies, and not enough outlets to charge everything at once, so I switched to using an Anker model 71AN7105 5-port 40W, 8A USB Desktop Charger ($24-ish on Amazon), but there were still too many cables and loose bits floating around my desk.
This holds the charger next to a single (duplex) outlet using a standard dual-gang Decora wallplate. It snaps into the empty hole and is held in place with a 3mm insert and a 3x8mm screw, though you could use just about anything to hold it in place.
Note that I used the Leviton R52-PJ262 "Medium/Midway" wall plate, as it's a little larger than the standard one, and we need the extra room for the size of the power supply.
Since the Anker power supply is not centered on the wallplate, there are two versions, with the charger to the Left or Right
