Here is another 3D printed mask.
The following it is not a certified solution for individual protection.
It is a tentative prototype of a personal protection mask. The filter is made using the material found in house.
For everyone's safety and yours, please follow the Authority's instructions !!!
The best filter against viruses is to reduce interpersonal contacts and not to go out.
Always refer to the Ministry of Health.
The mask has a disposable front filter slot.
The filter cartridge of about 40x40x15 mm is printed in PLA. The filter is cut to size and glued on the walls of the cartridge (I used vinyl glue) in order to make the perimeter connection watertight. The cartridge is inserted from inner of the mask.
A new filter cartridge must be inserted at every new use.
The mask body will be reused only after a thorough washing with disinfectants.
The body of the mask is printed in flexible TPU plastic. It has 3 fastenings on each side to have a certain adapta
