Another single roll filament drybox

Cereal filament dry box evolution based on many designs with the following modifications :
- simple to print: no support, fast enough.
- use a standard plastic cereal box and roller bearings
- include silicate box
- robust design
- gears are placed near the middle of the axis then low roll diameter is simpler
- Only 1 hole in the box to manage filament exit.
- Fit with narrow and wide spools (I enlarged cereal box a little for 1kg spools)
