These are the 3D printed parts for a project I did to re-cell an old Anton Bauer Hytron 50 battery pack with Lithium-Ion 18650 cells. I added a capacity meter but needed a way to mount a momentary switch with an exposed button to activate the display. The display fit perfectly in the battery case where I tore out the old one.
Electronic Parts:
16.8VDC Capacity Meter https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07KVZGTZ3/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Micro Tactical Momentary switches https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07LCBLB8N/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
4s Li-ion 18650 BMS https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07TVLKMH6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
The plunger was printed with red PLA and the the other parts were black. I assembled the parts with Super Glue, making sure not to cement the plunger to the housing. The parts are very tight and small, so some light sanding will need to be done to ensure no plastic burrs don't cause
