This is a sample shuffler module designed for my robot Scalar X. Its designed to replace 1.75" x 0.75" wheels with a shuffler to grant you a weight bonus. The mount part is made from 2mm CF and attached to your frame with 4x #4 plastites. The cam and leg are printed from TPU. You also need 2x M3 screws and a long repeat ant drive axle for the pivot shaft, and 2x M2 screws to attach the motor to the plate. When assembling, be sure to add lubricant around the cam shaft between the cam and the legs to decrease friction. I ran this with the repeat drive brushed 3mm version, but the brushless mini should also work. This model doesn't have any traction geometry so you will have to figure that out yourself, and the leg geometry could probably be optimized to provide better motion and faster upside down movement.
