Any Boardgame Token Dispenser

*9/2019 update:* Adding V2 feet that print separately, and extend back behind the dispenser to keep it from falling backward. Haven't gotten around to re-generating all of the dispensers for this foot model, but you can see it in the "Viticulture_Metal_Tokens" file.

A handy token dispenser for almost any game using tokens. I've included models for several popular games:
- Wingspan
- Machi Koro
- 7 Wonders Duel
- Scythe
- Camel Up
- Carcassone
- Viticulture

Also includes:
- US coins (0.01, .05, 0.10, 0.25)
- Japanese coins (1, 5, 10, 50, 100, 500)
- Swedish coins (1, 2, 5, 10)
- British coins (50 pence, 1 pound, 2 pound)
- Poker chips, casino size and thinner, home set size (39x2.5mm)

These models are generated from a parametric OpenSCAD file. I can add almost any game's tokens, provided so
