I recommend using V2. Which I redesigned so it has a lower center of mass. I believe this may help with some minor vibration defects I was seeing. I had also hoped it would increase the Z print volume, but Unfortuently the I3 Megas frame still manages to be in the way.
Current Z limit is about 140mm.
I recommend using my PTFE lined extruder with this mod. I designed it to work in conjunction with the new mount and provide optimal flexible printing.
If using the V2 Mount with the PTFE lined extruder, the total PTFE tube length should be exactly 100mm with the stock hotend.

Remember to adjust your retraction for the shorter distance between the extruder and hotend.
This mount requires the use of the stock metal extruder mount. You will need to reverse and rotate the bracket so the bolt holes are pointing toward the rear of the motor, and the motor plug is pointed straight up.
