Its a LED-Lamp mount for the Anycubic i3 mega.
You will also need a small screw to screw the arm to the base.
Also you need a lamp socket (like this one https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B00279OD28/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and a power cable with plug to solder it to the socket.
