Anycubic i3 Mega SD card reader cover

I made it 2mm thicker to allow room for the screw heads inside. I wanted to use 2 screws to hold the board and then attach the whole thing to the printer housing with 2 more screws.
For the mounting of the board I made the holes for nuts to fit, and the holes for mounting to the housing of the printer got a phase for countersunk screws for a flat surface.
All screws are M3.
The inside I have minimally adjusted so that the board fits in more easily. With the original I had difficulties because the solder joints of the metal frame of the reader were too thick, and the cable was very close to the edge. This revised version has more space in those places.
