Solve uneven print beds and inconsistent layers on your Anycubic Kobra 3 with this custom-designed Leveling Washer! πŸ–¨οΈπŸ”© After noticing carriage misalignment in two corners of the bed, I discovered a 0.5mm deviation and created this washer to bring the bed back to a perfectly level position. This simple yet effective fix is installed at the base of the carriage, directly below the tube that protects the bed screw. By correcting the uneven carriage, you'll eliminate inconsistencies in your prints and achieve smoother, more reliable first layer that is the key for a succesful print. ✨ Features: πŸ”§ Designed for precision: Corrects the deviation caused by carriage unevenness on the Anycubic Kobra 3. πŸ› οΈ Easy to modify: The model provided is to solve a 0.5mm deviation. Adjust the thickness of the washer directly in your slicer by modifying the Z height to suit your specific needs. Make sure to untick the "Uniform scale" option to only increase or decrease the Z size. 🌑️ Temperature-resistant placement: Positioned below the carriage screw, minimizing risks of heat deformation. πŸ“š Follow official guides: As you need to disassemble the bed, follow the steps on the official guides on the Wiki, after this fix, the gantry calibration is recommended to ensure everything is straight, links below: Hotbed Replacement Guide Gantry Frame Calibration Guide πŸ’‘ Installation Tip: Once the washer is installed, check that the X-axis is parallel to the bed and calibrate your first layer. Adjust the Z-Offset directly in your slicer settings under "Printer Settings" -> "Z Offset". Avoid adjusting it from the printer menu, as it may cause inaccuracies. For my setup, a value of 0.04mm worked perfectly.
