中文: 1️⃣ 根据纵维立方AnyCubic Kobra S1C 机器背部的废料和排气结构设计的一体化配件+废料桶,废料可以顺畅的滑向左边,废气可以通过热气原理顺畅的通过左上管道向上排出(我是通过另一个半封箱的排风管道进一步排出,如果你只有这一台机器,可以自行购买排风管道即可),并且考虑到垂直向上的开口,存在将不小心掉落到风道内的杂物逆向滑入3D打印机排风扇的情况,为了减少额外增加顶部盖子导致的气流阻力过大,特地设计了底部杂物排出口,能减少杂物从顶部排风口滑入机器排风扇的情况。同时设计了可直接使用S1C原本的背部固定螺丝进行固定的孔洞。 2️⃣ 文件已设定系统自动生成的树状支撑,同时将支撑接触面间隙设置为0mm,打印后可结合尖嘴钳辅助拆除支撑即可,同时由于我的S1C机器是有架高的,所以文件内的废料桶高度是根据我自己的架高情况进行建模,各位可以根据自己的实际情况进行微调即可。 ----------------------------------------------------------------------- English: 1️⃣ An integrated accessory + waste bin designed based on the waste and exhaust structure at the back of the AnyCubic Kobra S1C 3D printer. Waste can slide smoothly to the left, and waste gas can be discharged upward smoothly through the upper left pipe by the hot air principle. I further discharge it through another semi-enclosed exhaust duct. If you only have this one machine, you can purchase an exhaust duct separately. Considering the vertically upward opening, there is a possibility that debris accidentally falling into the air duct may slide back into the 3D printer's exhaust fan. To reduce excessive air resistance caused by adding an additional top cover, a bottom debris outlet is specially designed to minimize the chance of debris sliding into the machine's exhaust fan from the top air outlet. At the same time, holes are designed to be directly fixed using the original rear fixing screws of the S1C. 2️⃣ The file has been set with automatically generated tree-like supports by the system, and the gap between the support contact surfaces is set to 0mm. After printing, the supports can be removed with the assistance of long-nose pliers. Since my S1C machine is elevated, the height of the waste bin in the file is modeled according to my own elevation situation. You can fine-tune it according to your actual circumstances.
