Hello everybody,
for my printer I designed a top cover to install a 100 mm exhaust pipe (however, I've added a closed adapter for all of you who just want to close the top). The exhaust pipe will have a draught fan build from several pc cooling fans. I'll upload this project later.
I've printed all parts and they fit quite good. You'll find photos in the attachment.
To fix the main parts to the frame I put there holes for M3. As sealing I am using 2mm black colored sealing made of elastomeres. To fix the exhaust adapter to the surrounding parts you'll need M3-10.
Material: M3-8 with T-nuts (12x)
M3-10 (6x)
2mm black sealing
Update: Because a permanent fixed exhaust pipe was very unhandy (and kind of ugly), I've added a ring part with M105 thread inside. Additional there is a pipe connector with a M100 thread outside. I've printed both parts already and the thread fits good. It's really easy to remove the exhaust pipe
