Makes
A printhead with nozzles for the Anycubic Viper, versions A to D using the original fans.
I got a used Vyper with a broken printhead. The fusion-file from https://www.printables.com/model/105320-wide-deflectors-anycubic-vyper-printhead (merci beaucoup!) helped to construct a lightweight head with a silent main fan (Noctua) and improved cooling airflow.
The center air-guide and the LED shade should be printed in TPU or other flexible material.
For Vyper Revision D a cable guide was added, print it in TPU or other flexible material.
(If your print light does not work you have a broken cable wire).
Cut M3 threads into the fan holders.
You need some M2 bolts and nuts for the side fans.
Use one longer M2-bolt to fix the LED with a small cable tie.
Two small self-cutting screws (10x2 mm) fix the cover.
On cooling down. the center cooling fan of the Vyper stops at 64 °C. For some more cooling with the side fans you can append the following lines to the printer's end-code:
M109 R6
