APC Folding Propeller Hub

This is a 40mm (center to center) propeller hub for APC folding propellers. The images include an example print with an 8x4 folding prop. The hub is designed for a 5mm motor shaft. Use nylok nuts to secure the M3 bolts used to fasten the two halves.

Strongly recommend you use PETG material and high infill with 0.1mm high layers for strength and precision.

Be sure to balance the entire assembly before use to minimize prop induced vibrations.
