APD Canister Lid, Loop Plug & Loop Vent

This is a remix / update of [COUVERCLE STOCKAGE CANISTER AP](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4534953). Thanks to the great work by [@alex290](https://www.thingiverse.com/alex290)
It ends up something similar to the [narked@90 one](https://www.narkedat90.com/apd-scrubber-cover-kit-with-large-bung-for-side-tube.html)
The v3 design is completely mine inspired by the others but made for travelling. Add 1.5mm or 2mm thick Neoprene Self Adhesive Backed Foam for a good seal.
The v2 loop plug is new / mine as the original needed to be scaled and had a gap at the base. Add a 30mm x 3mm O-ring to seal
The vent is for warmer environments with insects. Add a 30mm x 3mm O-ring to fit
