This is my gaming/workstation PC's Halloween costume. I tested it using a 2D printer and it fits a 7" 16:9 display. I cut out parts from foam core board (5mm/3/16") using the DTFB pdf files, which are sized for a 20" x 30" sheet and two letter/A4 sheets.
