Simply remove the quad lock adapter and put the modular mount in place as seen in the video above. No extra hardware. Accessories attach to the mount using a dovetail style joint. They slip in and gravity holds them in place. Lift to slip out. The original scooter locking folding latch can be deployed with no attachment in place.
