I bought an Apple AirTag to go in my car as it is a great cheap tracker. The only issue is that the 3D printed designs I saw to hold them all require screws and many heated inserts. I didn't find any that hid the AirTag and allowed me to secure it to anything I wanted, even the underside of my car! My design has two parts, a main body and a lid. There is a small gap ring in the the base that the lid's inner ring sits in. This ring stops water from getting to the air tag & also helps to keep the lid in place. There are no screws to hold the lid on as they are not required. There are 4 holes on the outside where you can thread one or two cable ties to hold the Air Tag to the car (or anything really). The holes are 5.7mm wide so can take a 5mm wide cable tie with ease. To use this model, all you need is an AirTag and one or two cable ties. That is it, it is that simple. I have tested this print with 6 different PLA+ filaments (Bambu Lab, Overture, eSun, AnyCubic, Geeetech & SUNLU)
