This case is designed to hold the Apple Magic Mouse gen 2 and charging cable. 1 gen might still fit but I don't have one to test. The lid snaps securely in to place and has a lip to pride grip when opening. I don't recommend printing the case body in a silk filament because the layers might split when you click the lid closed. PETG and PLA should work fine. For Case: Wall loops: 4Gyroid infill at 10%Top layer pattern is set to Archimedean Chords but you can change this to your preference For Lid: 100% Infill Concentric top surface pattern. Again, to taste but I like the way this pattern looks. To put the charging cable in, wrap around fingers first ( for me three works) then slip over oval shape and it should stay in there with little effort. For some people it may take two hands to open the lid.
