This is a magnetic carrying case for a 1st and 2nd generation Apple Pencil. I've seen a few versions of these on the internet, but none were compatible with older Apple Pencils. As someone who travels quite a bit, my Pencil can take a beating in my laptop backpack when getting shoved into and out of an airplane bin. Having a case like this is something I've wanted to build for some time. The build uses 6 8mm magnets. 2 hold the pencil in place, and the other 4 help keep the case locked closed. Take care when hammering them in. It will be a very tight fit with the tolerances in the insets, and you don't want to drive the magnet straight through (especially on the pencil magnets).MembershipWant to sell your 3D prints of this organizer?
