Apple Picker Basket

Thanks to hannorein for the design. I just quickly remixed this to help make it a little more functional.

I "cut" a groove into the side so that when I tied on my bag there was a groove to stop the string from sliding down. I added a chamfer to inside to help the apples from getting bruised. I cut a small slit where the pole holder attaches so the bag could slide into that part. I also cut a bit off the top of the pole holder to use less material and cut down the print time a little.

After trying it out, I had trouble getting the apple off the tree. I then added the "claw" upper and screwed it on. This worked much better because I could pull down on the apple and it would fall right into the bag. (I taped the bag to itself with packing tape after I tied it on the with the string so it wouldn't slide under the string.) You can see some of the pictures with both the upper and lower parts and some with just the lower (without the claw which didn't work as well).
